Meet Susan

Susan D. Malkoff LISW, BCD is a dedicated Psychotherapist offering compassionate therapy services. With a focus on helping clients gain clarity and perspective, heal emotional wounds, and improve relationships.

Past experiences can create lasting impacts on our well-being. Through compassionate exploration, we'll address unresolved trauma and emotional pain, creating space for genuine healing and growth.

1.  Initial Paperwork

Before we meet, you'll receive intake forms to complete. These help me understand your background, concerns, and goals for therapy, allowing us to make the most of our time together.

Our first meeting is about building rapport and understanding your unique situation. I'll explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and discuss confidentiality and other practical matters.

3.  Creating a Path Forward

Together, we'll outline initial goals and develop a preliminary treatment plan. This collaborative approach ensures therapy addresses your specific needs and priorities.
